Guided by Lineage. Held with Integrity.

Find a Facilitator

The INSPIRE Method is not something you pick up from a weekend training or a workbook. It is a metamorphic methodology rooted in nervous system recoding, embodiment, emotional mastery, and lived transformation.

How to Use This Directory

Each facilitator brings their own background, personality, artistry, and areas of focus to the work. Some work locally and in person. Some work virtually. Some do both.

Use the filters to search by location or delivery style, and explore their individual websites or social pages to find the best fit for you.

Trust your body when choosing. Resonance matters here.

Important Boundaries

INSPIRE Method Facilitators are independent practitioners.

While they are trained and certified through the INSPIRE Method, each facilitator operates their own practice and sets their own scope, pricing, and availability.

Dr. Mel Krug is the originator and steward of the INSPIRE Method and the creator of the facilitator training. She does not manage or oversee individual facilitator practices.

If you are interested in working with a specific facilitator, please contact them directly through their information provided.

A Final Note

"This work is powerful because it is embodied. It is ethical because it is held. And it is transformative because it is lived."

Whether you are seeking support or feeling the call to facilitate, you are entering a lineage that values depth, responsibility, and real change.
